Give at-risk animals a second chance.
Make a difference.
Our Mission
The mission of the Team Godwin Foundation is Providing At-Risk Animals a Second Chance Through Advocacy & Financial Support. Founded by Tampa Bay Buccaneers Receiver Chris Godwin and his wife, Mariah, Team Godwin wants to help our community’s pets in need.
Our Vision.
Programs like our Second Chance Fund fund life-saving treatments for animals in need, while our advocacy programs are intended to promote the importance of animal adoption.

We believe all beings deserve to live a life free from harm, a life where their basic needs are met and they do not suffer at the hands of mankind. We rescue animals all over the world that are in need, from puppy mill raids to disaster zones, abuse, neglect and abandonment cases.
We show them compassion and kindness, rehabilitate them and find them homes or rehabilitation centers if needed.
Through our foster, TNR, rehoming and adoption programs, animals from the U.S. and Caribbean get a second chance at life.

The Humane Society of Pinellas is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that has been caring for animals and our community since 1949. The Humane Society of Pinellas is dedicated to providing individualized care for every animal that comes our way and we ensure that every treatable animal is treated. This means we have made a promise to our community that no animal will be euthanized for a treatable condition.
